Delivery Methods

Please note that Emma Copeland Design provides several delivery methods, including Royal Mail 1st Class/ 2nd Class and Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) as well as overseas options.

Delivery Options, Charges and Times

• Your order will be sent by U.K Royal Mail service

• Our delivery charge is based on the weight of your purchased items, so the postage charged is not a fixed price

• You can choose how soon you would like the order to be sent at the checkout by selecting the delivery options of standard, recorded and next day

• We do not deliver at weekends or on bank holidays and you must place your order by 3pm during business working day for it to be sent on the next working day. For example, the order placed by Friday 3pm will not arrive until the following Monday.

• Please note that we operate our delivery system under the standard rules of U.K Royal Mail Service

Royal Mail First Class(Standard/Recorded)

• Our Royal Mail 1st Class standard/recorded delivery is based on the weight of total purchased item on each orders with a total weight of no exceeding 20 kilograms (kg).

• Your delivery should arrive in 2-4 business working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

Royal Mail Second Class(Standard/Recorded)

• Our Royal Mail 2nd Class standard delivery is provided on the parcel of no more than 750 grams (g).

• The Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded delivery is offered on the weight of parcel of no more than 1 kilograms (kg).

• Your delivery should arrive in 3-5 business working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

Next Day Delivery

• Next day delivery is only available to the UK Mainland. The postage varies depends on the weight of the total parcel and you only pay ONCE for each order.

• Your delivery should arrive the next day. Except the order placed before Friday 3pm the goods will arrive the following Monday.

• For orders placed at weekends will be processed on next business working days. Except national and bank holidays.

Delivery countries

We also deliver OVERSEAS to USA; CANADA; EUROPE; AUSTRAILIA and some parts of ASIA by Airsure only. We deliver our products to the following areas:

• UK mainland

• Isle of Man

• Northern Ireland

• Scottish Lowlands Islands

• Scottish Highlands

Royal Mail Next day delivery service is only available to the UK mainland.

We cannot deliver to:

• U.K PO Box

• Overseas

• The Channel Islands

Our Returns and Cancelling Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase, without giving any reason, any time before your order is being dispatched.

However, if you wish to cancel the order after the goods being dispatched, please refuse the parcel from postman so the goods can be returned back to us. Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue the full refund to your account.

After receiving our goods, if for any reasons that you would like to return the goods, you will have 14 days to return your order to us by post, from the day your goods is dispatched. Please note that unless the item is damaged or defective, or we delivered the wrong items to you, the return postage is at your own cost. There are also specific items that are NON returnable

What you cannot return:

• New Human hair products that have obviously been used
• Bespoke/custom orders
• Items sold through Clearance or Preloved items

Notice for Returned Goods by post

You must write an email to us on including:

• Order number

• The reason for return

• Contact details

• Email address

Please also:

• Pack the items securely

• Take reasonable care of the goods

• Do not use the items if intending to return to us

• Send your return to us as soon as you can after your order is cancelled

• Return the items with the original packaging where possible

• Tell us if you would like a refund or a replacement

Please note that you must send the goods back to the return address provided at your own cost (unless the items is damaged or defective or we delivered the items to you by mistake)

We strongly advise that a recorded or secure delivery method is used to return your order to us as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit. We may not able to replace the goods or issue a refund if we do not receive the goods or if it is damaged.

You may be charged if the returned goods are lost in transit or are damaged when we receive them.

To check full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from your Local Trading Standards Office.
